The Black Mask Gallery celebrates street art, body art, fashion, killer design – anything underground, counter-culture, boundary-pushing, visually exciting.

What’s with the name? Black Mask were an anarchist art collective who formed in New York in the 60s, and were famous for their radical public actions and demonstrations. Their chief goal was the integration of art into the political program of anarchist revolution. This site is inspired by their anti-mainstream approach to art and public interaction.
